UL KG 9000 is a two-component aliphatic polyaspartic-polyurea spray coating that is UV stable. It is designed for use as a topcoat for polyurea and polyurethane systems on properly prepared substrates or as a stand-alone coating. It is environmentally friendly, with excellent color, gloss retention, and UV stability.

Technical Data

  • Application Equipment: Plural component equipment with material heat control. Both the Isocyanate “A” Side and Resin “B” Side must be heated to 160°F. Apply with flat spray tips.
  • Mix Ratio: 1:1 by volume
  • Gel Time: 45 seconds

  • Chip Resistance: Rated 10, No Failures (ASTM D3170)
  • Elongation: 92% (ASTM D412)
  • Hardness: 52 Shore D (ASTM D2240)
  • UV Weathering: Delta E <2.0 @ 3000 hrs (ASTM G154)
  • Taber Abrasion: 14 mg loss/1000 cycles (ASTM D4060)
  • Tensile Strength: 1,700 psi (ASTM D412)
  • Flammability: PASS (FMVSS 302)

Recommended Applications
