Aliphatic (High Pressure)

UL KG 3607 is a fast-setting, rapid-curing, 100% solids, flexible aliphatic two-component spray polyurea. It offers excellent color and gloss retention and can be applied to interior or exterior surfaces. Its fast gel time makes it suitable for applications down to -20°F. UL KG 3607 is highly resistant to moisture and temperature variations.

Technical Data

  • Application Equipment: High-pressure plural component spray equipment with a 1:1 volume ratio, such as Graco’s Reactor or Glass Craft. Minimum pressure: 2,000 psi. Material should be heated to 150°F before application.
  • Mix Ratio: 1:1 by volume
  • Gel Time: 15-20 seconds

  • Hardness: 60 ± 5 Shore D (ASTM D2240)
  • Tear Strength: 450 ± 50 pli (ASTM D412)
  • Tensile Strength: 2,300 ± 200 psi (ASTM D412)
  • Taber Abrasion: ≤0.5g removal (ASTM D1044); 68.87 mg loss/1000 cycles (CS17 wheel, ASTM D4060)
  • Weathering: Delta E 1.0 (SAE J2527, 3600h); Delta E 0.22 (QUV, ASTM G154, 3000h)
  • Chip Resistance: Rated 10, No Failures (ASTM D3170)
  • Flammability: PASS (FMVSS 302)
  • Safe Walking Surfaces: Dry: 0.73; Wet: 0.62 (ASTM F1637)
