UL KG-3607

Aliphatic (High Pressure)

UL KG 3607 is a fast-setting, rapid-curing, 100% solids, flexible aliphatic two-component spray polyurea. It offers excellent color and gloss retention and can be applied to interior or exterior surfaces. Its fast gel time makes it suitable for applications down to -20°F. UL KG 3607 is highly resistant to moisture and temperature variations.

Technical Data

Application Equipment: High-pressure plural component spray equipment with a 1:1 volume ratio, such as Graco’s Reactor or Glass Craft. Minimum pressure: 2,000 psi. Material should be heated to 150°F before application.
Mix Ratio: 1:1 by volume
Gel Time: 15-20 seconds
