Problem Solvers First
Field technicians perform onsite installation, training, support, demonstrations, and application and chemical evaluation. Our original equipment techs support larger OEMs.
Our Capabilities, Resources and Qualifications Include:
- 24- to 48-hour service response
- Over $1 million in parts inventory (all manufacturers)
- 8 Graco-certified master technicians, as well as SSPC C1, C2 instructors and SSPC 2K instructors
- PDA applicator certification
- High-volume installations, including day tanks and custom built feed systems
- Automation (Fanuc-trained)

Polyurea Technical Services
Product development is vital to our continued success and to the satisfaction of our growing customer base. We work hand in hand with customers to test and confirm that application processes fulfill requirements for production and coating performance.
One-Stop Equipment Repair
We repair and refurbish polyurea spray equipment at our state-of-the-art equipment repair center:
- All equipment is flushed and tested prior to servicing by our Graco master technicians
- Key components are inspected against manufacturer's specifications for tolerance, electric load, and overall performance
- A comprehensive, one-hour test regimen ensures quality assurance
- A specification sheet records and verifies that repaired equipment and components meet recommended tolerances and operating parameters
