Aliphatic (High Pressure)

UL KG 8663 OE is a fast-setting, rapid curing, 100% solids, flexible aliphatic two-component spray polyurea. It offers excellent color and gloss retention and can be applied to suitably prepared interior or exterior concrete and metal surfaces. Its fast gel time allows application in temperatures as low as -20°F.

Technical Data

  • Application Equipment: High-pressure plural component spray equipment with 1:1 volume ratio, such as Graco’s Reactor or Glass Craft. Equipment must maintain a minimum of 2,000 psi and temperatures above 150°F.
  • Mix Ratio: 1:1 by volume
  • Gel Time: 3-6 seconds

  • Elongation (Graco Fusion Gun): 46 ± 20% (ASTM D412)
  • Hardness (Graco Fusion Gun): 60 ± 5 Shore D (ASTM D2240)
  • Tear Strength (Graco Fusion Gun): 800 ± 50 pli (ASTM D412)
  • Tensile Strength (Graco Fusion Gun): 2,900 ± 300 psi (ASTM D412)
  • Abrasion Resistance: ≤ 0.5 g removal (ASTM D1044)
  • Accelerated Weathering: Xenon, 3600h: 1.0 Delta E)

Recommended Applications

Suitable for both interior and exterior applications on concrete and metal surfaces. Ideal for projects requiring excellent color and gloss retention, even at low temperatures.

Packaging

  • 10-gallon kit: 5 gallons Part-A (Isocyanate side) and 5 gallons Part-B (Resin side)
  • 100-gallon kit: 50 gallons Part-A (Isocyanate side) and 50 gallons Part-B (Resin side)
