Polyaspartic

UL KG 9500 is a low-odor, two-component aliphatic polyurea coating designed for flooring applications on properly prepared substrates. It is a 100% solids, zero VOC product with excellent color, gloss retention, and UV stability. It is environmentally friendly and available in clear, pre-pigmented sets, and custom colors.

Technical Data

Application Equipment: Applied using squeegees, rollers (phenolic with 3/8″ nap), and natural fiber brushes. Clean tools with Xylene, MEK, or Acetone.
Mix Ratio: 1:1 by volume
Gel Time: 20 minutes (pot life); 25 minutes work time on floor

Recommended Applications

Suitable for garage floors, light commercial flooring, porches, and custom decorative floors using color chips. Can include optional additives for slip resistance or matte finish.
