UL KG-9600
UL KG 9600 is a low-odor, two-component aliphatic polyurea spray coating designed as a UV-stable topcoat for polyurea and polyurethane systems. It is 100% solids, VOC-free, environmentally friendly, and features excellent color, gloss retention, and UV stability.
Technical Data
- Application Equipment: High Volume Low Pressure (HVLP) spray system with a 1.8 spray tip. Both the Isocyanate “A” Side and Resin “B” Side must be preconditioned between 70°F to 90°F before spraying.
- Mix Ratio: 1:1 by volume
- Gel Time: 30-45 minutes pot life; tack free in 10-15 minutes

- Tensile Strength: 1,287-1,441 psi (ASTM D412)

Recommended Applications
Ideal for topcoats on truck bedliners and other Ultimate Linings polyurea systems. Suitable for substrates like aluminum, galvanized steel, and fiberglass with appropriate preparation.
