Hybrid Polyurea

UL XT-66 is a two-component, high-performance elastomeric aromatic modified polyurea spray system. It is 100% solids, contains zero VOCs, and is ideal for high abrasion impact applications due to its exceptional elastomeric physical properties. It is user-friendly with quick cure times.

Technical Data

  • Application Equipment: High-pressure plural component spray equipment with a 1:1 volume ratio and 2,000 psi fluid pressure capability. Equipment must include material heat control.
  • Mix Ratio: 1:1 by volume
  • Gel Time: 2-4 seconds
