UL XT-241
UL XT-241 is a two-component, high-performance elastomeric aromatic polyurea/polyurethane hybrid spray system. It is 100% solids, contains zero VOCs, and is ideal for impact applications due to its exceptional flexibility and elongation properties. It features a built-in activator for quick cure times.

- Application Equipment: High-pressure plural component spray equipment with 1:1 volume ratio and 2,000 psi fluid pressure capability. Equipment must include material heat control and impingement mixing capability.
- Mix Ratio: 1:1 by volume
- Gel Time: 6-9 seconds

- Hardness (Shore D): 33-38 (ASTM D2240)
