Pure Polyurea

UL XP-792 is a 100% solid, rapid curing, odorless, flexible, two-component spray polyurea developed for specialty applications such as a geotextile lining membrane. It can also be applied to concrete and steel substrates. UL XP-792 is volatile-free and mixed at a 1:1 ratio with plural component spray equipment.

Technical Data

  • Application Equipment: High-pressure plural component spray equipment with 1:1 volume ratio. Equipment such as Graco’s Reactor or Glass Craft is recommended, maintaining a minimum pressure of 2,000 psi and temperatures above 150°F.
  • Mix Ratio: 1:1 by volume
  • Gel Time: 7 seconds

  • Hardness: 84 Shore A (ASTM D2240)
  • Tensile Strength: 1,535 psi (ASTM D412)
  • Elongation: 346% (ASTM D412)
  • Tear Strength: 317 lb/in (ASTM D624)
  • Abrasion Resistance: 39.0 mg loss/1000 cycles (ASTM D4060)

Specialty applications such as geotextile lining membranes, and protective coatings for concrete and steel substrates.
