Fire Rated

UL FR 463 is a two-component, high-performance elastomeric polyurea hybrid spray system with exceptional flame-retardant properties. It is 100% solids, contains zero VOCs, and is designed to retard flame spread during fire events.

Technical Data

Application Equipment: High-pressure plural component spray equipment with a 1:1 volume ratio and a minimum fluid pressure of 2,000 psi. Equipment must include material heat control, and filters must be removed from the B-side before spraying.
Mix Ratio: 1:1 by volume
Gel Time: 10-12 seconds
